Here is another quickie for you all, for those lazy days. I’m using bow-tie pasta because bow-ties ARE cool.

Bowtie Pasta With Sausage and Tomatoes
1. Bow-tie pasta, Italian sausage, spinach, oil, cherry or sundried tomatoes, soy sauce.

2. Chop that sausage.

3. Cook four servings of that fancy ass pasta to its directions.

4. Cook the sausage in some oil.

5. Add a fist full of spinach. Yes, fist full is the measurement dammit.

6. Add tomatoes

7. Add pasta and some soy sauce and stir

Today I Make Lamb

“What do you mean he don’t eat no meat? Oh, that’s okay. I make lamb.”
Before I begin I need to remind y’all that…
so fucking magicalSo…fucking…magical.

Lamb Rack1. LAMB, TERIYAKI, ROSEMARY SEEDS, GROUND MUSTARD, AND ADOBO! WHY AM I YELLING?!
Lamb Rack2. Start with a teriyaki base

Lamb Rack3. Add mustard, rosemary and adobo. Don’t ask me for measurements fool. Eyeball that shit.

Lamb Rack4. Stir that shit up reeeaalll good.

Lamb Rack5. Coat that motherfucker in your sauce and place in a pan fat side UP and bake at 350.

Lamb Rack6. When that shit gets dry use more of that sauce. Cook until desired donededness (right answer: rare to medium)

Lamb Rack7. NOW TELL ME THAT DOESN’T LOOK AWESOME!
