Before I begin I need to remind y’all that…
1. LAMB, TERIYAKI, ROSEMARY SEEDS, GROUND MUSTARD, AND ADOBO! WHY AM I YELLING?!
2. Start with a teriyaki base
3. Add mustard, rosemary and adobo. Don’t ask me for measurements fool. Eyeball that shit.
4. Stir that shit up reeeaalll good.
5. Coat that motherfucker in your sauce and place in a pan fat side UP and bake at 350.
6. When that shit gets dry use more of that sauce. Cook until desired donededness (right answer: rare to medium)
7. NOW TELL ME THAT DOESN’T LOOK AWESOME!
